1. How is ivmax toothbrush powered?
The ivmax brush has a fully mechanical body, and there is no need for batteries or recharging.
2. How long does one ivmax cartridge last?
One ivmax cartridge is enough for 15 days of regular usage. This makes the brush practical for both traveling and everyday use.
3. Can I return ivmax toothbrush if not satisfied?
If you don't absolutely love your ivmax toothbrush, we accept returns within 100 days of purchase. You'll get a refund if you use your own return label. Should you need a shipping label from our help team, shipping costs will apply for returns.
4. Do you offer a warranty or lifetime guarantee?
Your ivmax toothbrush is guaranteed for its entire expected life, so long as it was not damaged purposely. If there's a problem, simply reach out to info@ivmax.com and they'll be able to help you troubleshoot. In case of manufacturing issues, we'll supply you with a new ivmax toothbrush upon inspection of the faulty brush.
